A silver Post-Medieval French coin, douzieme d'ecu (1/12), of Louis XIII, AD1610-1643. Obverse shows laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right. Obverse legend reads LVDOVICVS.XIII.D.G.FR.ET.NAV.REX. Reverse shows a crowned shield containing three fleur de lis, two above with one below and between. The reverse initial mark is a five pelleted flower (rose). The reverse legend reads SIT.NOMEN.DOMINI.VBENEDICTVM.1643. Die axis is 6 o'clock, weight is 1.85g, diameter is 21.00mm. See CAM-6921F1
