Probably FIDES PVBLICA, reverse type depicting Fides holding corn ears and dish of fruit. As RIC III 241a. Measurements: 18.41mm in diameter, 2.14mm thick and 2.01g in weight.

The coin has a diameter of 17.39mm and a thickness of 2.24mm. It weighs 2.97g. This coin is similar to RIC II Hadrian 221c, but the obverse shows a laureate head of Hadrian right.
