A complete silver denarius of Caracalla (AD 198-217), dating to AD 200 (Reece period 10). Reverse depicting Sol radiate, standing front, holding globe in extended right hand and spear in left hand. As RIC IV Caracalla 30a. Die axis: 1 o'clock. This coin is probably a contemporary (plated) copy.  Diameter: 17.4 mm, and weight: 2.79 g
