There is a an unusual lump of metal on Vespasian's jawline; a projecting rounded pellet.

Compare for example, FASAM-5B929C which cites RIC II (2nd ed), p. 62, nos. 42-3 though this coin cannot be positively identified to a single RIC number. The coin is 16.1mm diameter, 2.2mm thick and 1.68g. There is a chip missing from the edge and the obverse legend is illegible.
