A copper alloy or base silver Roman coin struck on an oval flan, probably a very worn denarius or counterfeit denarius, of an uncertain emperor, AD 43 - 410. Obverse shows a bust right, but only the ends of the diadem or laurel wreath are visible. The reverse shows a standing female figure (possibly Annona) left with an object in the left field, possibly a modius. The coin is too worn to identify and is illegible, but the reverse is possibly similar to BERK-304C36. The coin is 16.93mm in length, 14.91mm in width, 1.9mm thick and weighs 2.63g. There is a crack or fold in the flan.
