A silver Roman coin; a denarius of Marcus Aurelius (AD 161 - 180) dating from AD 168 (Reece Period 8), reverse depicting Aequitas seated left holding scales and cornucopiae. Mint of Rome probably. See Sear Volume II number 4936. The coin is 17.25mm diameter and 2.34mm thick. 2.94g.
