It is probably minted at Rome, in AD 125-8 and could be RIC II, p. 361, no. 183. Compare YORYM-F1DFD3. The coin has a diameter of 18.3mm and is 2.1mm thick. It weighs 3.13g.

A copper alloy and silvered Roman coin; a contemporary copy of a denarius probably of Hadrian (117 - 138), with Spes (probably) on the reverse (probably AD 125). The coin has a diameter of 18.7mm and is 2.4mm thick. The silvering is wearing off displaying the brown copper alloy underneath. The legends are illegible.
