It is 15.57mm in diameter and 1.93mm thick. It weighs 2.28g. There is a large edge chip between 3 o'clock and 6 o'clock on the obverse. The metal looks fairly coppery and may be base silver.

Compare RIC 4.1 no. 131. The coin has some copper alloy corrosion but this appears to be on top of the silver. The coin is 18.1mm diameter, 2.5mm thick and 2.98g.

The coin reverse shows Dea Caelestis holding a thunderbolt and sceptre seated facing forwards on a lion leaping over water which gushes from a rock on the left. See Sear number 6285.
