Probably COS III reverse type depicting a figure, probably Roma, helmeted, in military dress, standing left, holding Victory in right hand and vertical spear in left. Mint of Rome. Compare RIC II Hadrian, number 161c (http://numismatics.org/ocre/id/ric.2.hdn.161c). Part of the coin is missing. The coin is 17.9mm diameter, 2.5mm thick and 1.97g.

A plated silver Roman denarius of Hadrian (AD 117-138), probably dating to the period c.AD 134-138 (Reece period 6). Obverse: HADRIANVS AVG COS III P P, Bare head right. Reverse: CONCORDIA AVG, Concordia standing left, holding patera and cornucopia. The coin is abraded and the copper-alloy core is visible beneath the plated surfaces; CONCORDIA seems to have been misspelled CONCOODIA though this may just be a poorly struck R. It has a diameter of 17.5mm, a thickness of 2.5mm, and weighs 2.46g.
