Probably P M TR P COS VI P P S P Q R, PRO AVG, reverse type depicting Providentia standing left, pointing with right hand at large globe to left, and holding vertical sceptre in left, with left elbow resting on column. Mint of Rome. The preservation of this coin makes a close identification problematic, although cf. RIC II nos. 357-360 for the likely type.
