A contemporary copy of Roman denarius of Vespasian, AD 69 - 79 (Reece period 4). Core is copper, plated with white metal. Obverse shows bust of Vespasian right. Reverse shows priestly implements, simpulum, sprinkler, jug and lituus. Diameter 17 mm, thickness 1.5 mm and weight 1.7 g.
