A copper-alloy Denarius of Antoninius Pius, 138-161. Mint is Rome, 140-143, Reece period 7. Obverse shows Laureate head right. Obverse legend reads ANTONINVS AVG PI - VS PP TR P COS III. Reverse shows Modius with four corn-ears and poppy. Reverse legend reads ANNO - NA AVG. Condition is very fine, die axis is 6 o'clock, weight is 3.05g and diameter is 18.00mm. See RIC III, p.33, no.62a.
