The coin is slightly worn but in a good condition. A struck/ hammered silver Scottish twenty pence of Charles I, minted as part of the third coinage between 1637-1642 AD (diameter: 16mm; thickness: 0.2mm; weight: 0.43g). The coin is generally quite worn but in a fair condition with the thistle still visible in the centre of the reverse. Although the coin is broken in two halves, some of the inscription (particularly on the reverse) is still visible.
