This coin appears to be a transitional 1d/2 type (see Wilson Peck 1970: 79), having a double-arched crown on the obverse, but a single-arched crown on the reverse. The crescent mintmark is also associated with Type 2. The coin is incomplete, slightly worn and corroded. It measures 12mm in diameter, 1.1mm thick and weighs 0.98g.
