Incomplete Post Medieval silver Threepence of Charles I AD.1625-1649, civil war, uncertain provincial mint, AD.1644-1646. The coin is heavily worn and very little of the legend or Obverse can be made out. The shield is visible on the reverse but again much of the legend is missing. The coin has been trimmed, leaving some of the edges serated and has had a hole pierced through it, this seems to have been done in order to suspend the coin as a medallion.
