Reverse: C and D beside shield, [CIVITAS ]DVR[RAM]. Issued by Bishop Cuthbert Tunstall at Durham, AD 1530-44. See North (1991) Volume 2, number 1813, p. 112. This coin has been bent so may have had a secondary use as a love token. It has also been pierced, so may have been suspended as a pendant. Measurements: Diameter: 14.28mm; thickness: 0.48mm: weight: 0.57g.
