Incomplete Medieval/Post Medieval astrolabe, cracked and bent circular plate with two concentric bands of inscription and scale markings at damaged outer edge, diameter 45mm. Central perforation contains rivet with large central perforation (2mm) burred-over at both ends to hold remains of broken pointer above fragment of possible openwork frame or plate with stumps of four radiating projections.
