Incomplete Mesolithic or Neolithic flint flake, snapped transversly in two places. It measures 19.4x15.8x4.8mm and weighs 1.81g. There is some chipping to the right dorsal and left ventral edge although this seems to be from wear. The flint is a translucent brown in colour with a darker stripe through the centre. It has virtually no patination. The flake may well have been intended for use as a blade.

Six irregular flint cores used for the production of blades of later Mesolithic date (6500BC - 3500BC). All of the cores are irregular in plan and profile. Only two of the six are true (classic) cores being broadly sub-rectangular or sub-triangular in plan with a series of neat compact scars. A flint flake with some abrupt and semi-abrupt retouch. The flake is 67.8mm long, 26.5mm wide and 8.7mm thick. There is abrupt retouch on the left side and some semi-abrupt retouch on the right. The distal end appears to have been worked slightly more invasively, possibly for use as a piercer. The flint is dark brown and opaque. This tool is difficult to date because it is not particularly diagnostic, but may be from the Mesolithic period.

A re-touched flint flake tool of possible Neolithic date. The tool has been made from a broad flake of roughly semi-circular form. A bulb-of-percussion is visible at the top. There is re-touching along the rounded bottom edge and mid way up the jagged vertical edge. The opposite vertical edge retains the original flint cortex. The tool measures 41.2mm long, 30.9mm wide and 11.8mm thick. The weight is 16.4g.
