The right and left dorsal edges have small but repetitive workings along their length, with additional but lighter working on the ventral edges. The flint is heavily patinated with 5% cortex on the upper right dorsal edge and next to this, at the distal end, a break revealing the dark/ black flint underneath. The patination is c.1mm thick.

Late Mesolithic/ Neolithic notched and reworked flint implement, ?borer. It measures 70.9x40.8x10.6mm and weighs 26.84g. The upper left dorsal edge has a very wide and sharp retouched notch 27.5mm wide, 15mm deep and in places 5.5mm high. The working is abrupt. The lower right dorsal edge has crude semi-abrupt retouch. The mesial right dorsal edge has a smaller retouched notch 12.5mm wide and 5mm deep. The flint is heavily patinated except where retouch show the dark/ black of the flint beneath.

The fabricator is roughly triangular in section, the ventral face is smooth, the dorsal worked steeply at the sides. Before the chisel end are two wide opposiing notches. These have abrupt tooling. The flint is light grey in colour with light patination. An area of c.10% cortex survives on the chisel-shaped end.

The entire right dorsal edge has abrupt working, up to the proximal end which has a slight point extending. The upper left dorsal edge has a wide notch, semi-abruptly tooled. The lower left dorsal edge has a little light low working. the lower left ventral edge has additional low working, and semi abrupt working on the upper right edge behind the notch. The flint is light grey in colour with c.20% light patination.

Bronze Age flint dagger, measuring 165x61.5x22.5mm and weighing 216.01g. Both faces have been extensively flaked, with additional abrupt flaking all the way around the edges. One face has had many short flakes removed, but to one side only. This face has also had less abrupt working to the edges than the other face, and the point has not been worked, wheareas on the other face it has been, quite extensively, making it very sharp. The butt end is rounded but also quite sharp. The flint is dark grey/ black in colour with spots of a lighter brown. It also has a very light patination…
