Twenty four pieces of burnt flint ranging from 7.56g to 116.37g with a total weight of sample at 1035.13.g. The nodules have a whitened, fire-cracked surface characteristic of direct and prolonged heat, for example from a kiln or furnace. The flints were found within the vicinity of bronze slag and metallurgical waste products recorded under (BERK-A40C94)

A large retouched flake of probable later-prehistoric date. The flake has been struck from a core of mottled grey flint, with some (under 10%) cortex remaining on the distal end. The platform and bulb are retained. There is some sporadic and uneven soft-hammer retouching one both laterals, however it is not particually consistant. There are at least three flake removals struck from the outside edge that have patinated, and later damage. Water (freezing) damage is also visible. This retouched flake probably dates to the later Neolithich or Bronze Age.

A poorly made possible scraper of probable later-prehistoric date. The scraper has been made on a flake of mottled grey flint, with some 20% cortex remaining on the right dorsal lateral. There may be some retouching along the right lateralhowever modern damage and possible crushing makes it hard to define. The platform and bulb are retained. The scraper is poorly and probably hastily made; this suggests a probable Bronze Age date. The previous record of a retouched flake is made from the same flint and it is therefore liekly that the two pieces are related.
