A early Neolithic core with one prominent striking platform and an earlier second platform. The flint is reddish brown with white patina and rust spots in places. The core's shape from the main platform face is semi-circular. The core tapers from the main platform to the lower edge giving it a quarter-circular profile. Some flake scars on its lower edge show the core has also been used as a striking platform. Multiple flakes have been removed from the face of the core. The reverse side is concave with some cortex remaining
