Four flint knapped cores, dating to the Early Neolithic (length ranging from 25mm – 34mm; width ranging from 18mm – 27mm; thickness averaging at 11mm; collective weight: 45.01g). All the cores have two striking platforms (and multiple arrises) with broad flake and blade scars. The largest and smallest of the cores are of a mid grey raw material with 100% re-cortication and cortex. The two mid size pieces are of a dark grey raw material, the smaller having a small area of cortex.

Eight knapped core fragments, probably dating to the Neolithic period (length ranging from 13mm – 29mm; width ranging from 9mm – 29mm; thickness ranging from 2mm – 12mm; collective weight: 15.72g). Most of the fragments are of a mid grey raw material, with cortex on some of them. One fragment is completely re-corticated and has a ‘pyramid shape’. Eraillure scars are present on two of the pieces where the bulb of percussion is still partly visible.

One knapped core fragment/ irregular waste, probably dating to the Neolithic period (length: 2.8mm; width: 3mm; thickness: 10.8mm; weight: 9.22g). Dark grey raw material with cortex. The bulb of percussion is clearly visible with an eraillure scar below, derived from the process of breaking up a nodule. Ripples or ‘lunettes’ are also visible.
