A Neolithic - early Bronze Age flint flake with no retouch. The flake has approximately 30 percent cortex remaining on the dorsal surface. There is a hinge fracture to the distal end and damage to the butt and edges. The flint has a high gloss indicating the prescence of peat in the surrounding soil.
