Tertiary waste of light grey coloured chert probably dating to the Neolithic period (3500 – 2100 BC). The flake is broadly sub-triangular with a bowed curved edge. Clear flake facets can be seen on the dorsal face. The ventral face has a clear bulb of percussion and conchoidal fractures. The flake is plough rolled; it is possible that the curved edge has been reworked to form a crude side. The matrix of the chert is coarse. The flake measures: 20.4mm length, 15.2mm width is 3.4mm thick and weighs 1.06 grams

Large irregular much weather nodule of flint, probably used as a raw (although poor quality) flint source for making artefacts in the prehistoric period. The outer edge is covered with cortex (at least 60%) which seems to be derived from chalk. The flake scars present are uncontrolled and this would suggest that this piece comes from one end of a nodule which has been discarded due to its poor state. The noule measures 83.9mm length, 63.3mm width is 4.1mm thick and weighs 184.64 grams.

An irregular primary waste flake / debitage of probable Neolithic date (3500 - 2100 BC). This piece of flint has been deliberately removed from the outer face of a flint nodule to prepare it for further work and tool production. Conchoidal ripples are present on the dorsal (reverse) side. There are several flint removal scars that are mostly likely the result of plough roll. It measures 45.17mm length, 41.13mm width, 11.65mm thick and weighs 19.4 grams.
