A Prehistoric flint flake (8,300-1,500BC). The flake is a secondary flake with approximately 10% cortex remaining on the dorsal surface. The flake is irregular in shape but has the bulb of percussion on the ventral surface and two flake removal scars on the dorsal surface. There is a short length (18.26mm) of steep retouch worked unifacially from the dorsal surface at the tip and extending around the left side. The retouch may have extended further but there is some damage to that edge. Dark – mid grey flint.

A Prehistoric, probably Mesolithic – Neolithic, flint blade flake (8,300-2,100BC). This flake is a tertiary flake with no cortex remaining. There are three blade flake removal scars from the dorsal surface. The blade flake is broken and the distal end is missing. Modern damage has obscured the edges but there does not appear to be any retouch. Mottled pale grey flint with opaque white patina and some small areas of rust staining.

A Neolithic stone blade core (3500-2100BC). The core is a green stone chert. The shape, technology and stone all indicate the core is from the Grand Pressigny area, Northern France. It was probably collected by an antiquarian and lost or disposed of. The core has two opposed platforms with at least nine blade removal scars.

The distal end of a Prehistoric flint bladelet. The flint has a thick, white, opaque patina. The break is much darker and is just beginning to acquire a patina. The edges of the bladelet have been retouched in modern times as the patina on the edges is the same as on the break. There is a small amount of cortex present on the distal tip. There a rust spots present on the flint that suggest it originated in the Chilterns.
