A flint microburin dating to the Mesolithic period (10,000-4001 BC). The microburin has been made on a mottled light bluish-grey flint with white calcification. A microburin is the waste formed when a notched blade is broken to form a geometric microlith. The notch is clearly visible on one lateral of the dorsal side.
