Flint; one fragment (a) is semi-translucent toffee coloured brown with cortex on one face, the other two (b-c) a pale grey. Debitage. Three flint chips (a-c), all from an area where flint is not believed to occur naturally. The brown flint (a) may have retouch - or incidental damage - on two of its edges, while (c) may be a small flake of working waste. Lengths: a) 22.1mm, b) 20.2mm, and c) 15.6mm. Suggested date: Unknown, Mesolithic to Late Bronze Age, 4500-800BC.
