Neolithic (Early) to Bronze Age (Later) core, 25mm long, 29mm wide, 21mm thick and 18.7g in weight. Made on a dark caramel brown opaque flint that has started to turn light grey through patination. The small core is in fresh condition and has been worked from two ends. Their is a main striking platform from which numerous small bladelet and flakes have been removed whist distally the a series of alternate removals have left a sharp edge that may have been used for cutting.

Palaeolithic (Middle) Levallois core, 96mm long, 82mm wide, 47mm thick and 414.3g in weight. Made on a chalky flint riddled with impurities. Like a typical Levallois core one face is hierarchially distinguishable from the other. The upper surface has been centripetally flaked creating a domed profile, their is a large striking platform also. Although no Levallois preferential flake has been removed, one has been attempted. The failed attempt to remove the flake is down to the poor quality of the raw material. This has lead to its abandonment in this state.
