A coarse flint scraper likely dating to the late Bronze Age or Iron age c.1000BC - 0BC . Description: The scraper was produced from a broken elongated ovoid primary flake (indicated by the substantial cortex remaining on the dorsal face) from a larger possibly naturally shattered flint (indicated by the multiple step and pitted like fractures on the part sof the edges). The flaking has left substantially conchoidal ripples on both sides of the flint and a substantial bulb of percussion on the ventral face, indicating hard hammer (stone on stone rather than antler, bone or padded …

Barbed and tanged arrowhead dating from the early to middle Bronze Age. This arrowhead is bifacially worked with covering removals and is triangular in shape. Two notches were flaked at the proximal end to form the tang and barbs which are now damaged. The tip of the arrowhead has been snapped, and the edges of the arrowhead show clear signs of plough damage. It is 25.75mm long, 19.47mm wide, 5.1mm thick and weighs 2.49 grams.

A flint barbed and tanged arrowhead dating form the early Bronze Age (2150 - 1500 BC). The arrowhead is broadly triangular in plan with a rounded end and lentoid in cross secion. The arrowhead has been formed from a single flake which has been shaped with invasive retouch around the edges of both faces. The retouch covers more of one side than the other perhaps suggesting this is an unfinished example. The tang is rounded and it is not clear how much more work there would need to be done to create barbs. It is possible that the arrow head could be classed as a non-fancy Sutton type…
