A Prehistoric, possibly Bronze age flint tool. The removals have created a lozenge-shaped tool with a longer point on the working end. The working end has a triangular cross-section and a blunt tip. There is an area of cortex surviving on the one side near the butt. Jon Cotton describes this as a nosed piece with abrupt retouch. honey coloured flint. Dimensions: length: 59.20mm; width: 41.27mm; thickness: 23.15mm; weight: 40.9g. Identification by Jon Cotton, Specialist in Prehistoric London.

Possibly a discoidal or keeled core with 2 striking platforms. flint is almost spherical in shape and has had flakes removed from all over it. There is some cortex remaining on one edge. Many flakes terminate in hinge fractures suggesting that the core was not productive and was discarded. Flint is brown in colour with some grey spehrical silicate inclusions.

Two Neolithic-Bronze Age, both tertiary debitage flakes, one of green-brown opaque flint and the other a dark brown tranluscent flint. Green-brownflake: The ventral side of the flake has no cortex remaining and three negative flake scars, all with shallow rippling. The dorsal side has shallow ripples and no visible bulb of percussion suggesting it may have snapped at the proximal end. The distal end curls upwards which may indicate a hinge fracture. Length: 65.62mm Width: 30.85mm Weight: 13.62g Brown Transluscent: The ventral side of the flake has negative scars from perhaps …

Later Neolithic - Bronze age flint keeled core. The core has had small narrow flakes removed from one face from three striking positions, two at opposing ends and along one edge. A number of flake scars terminate in hinge fractures on the ventral core surface with strong rippling. The dorsal surface has had no flakes removed, it is unpatinated and suggests that the core has been struck from a larger nodule and then worked. The flint is a dark grey/black colour. A large, worked flake of a dark brown flint. The ventral surface retains a prominent bulbar scar and striking platform demonstrating removal from a core. The edge has possible areas of what may be low angle scaled retouch but has been damaged which makes this unclear. One long edge retains a strip of grey-brown cortex. Possibly a cutting flake or scraper.

A secondary flint flake, 63.1mm in length struck from a dark brown flint. The distal end terminates in a hinge fracture. A long patch of grey brown cortex is retained along one side. The other side feathers to a fine edge and has what appears to be a convex area of abrupt short scaled retouch  at the distal end, suggesting possible casual use as a scraper or notched flake.
