Worked flint tool, end & side scraper. Probably hard hammer but there is some damage to the bulb area, and the proximal end is broken off, so cannot be certain. One flake scar on the dorsal surface with steep retouch (c. %deg80;) along both edges and the distal end. Thicker on the right dorsal side, than the left. Mottled grey-cream patina, no cortex, no fresh breaks. Probably Neolithic or Bronze Age. Length 33.66mm, Width 26.18mm, Thickness 10.84mm, weight 12.49g.

A Neolithic flint multi-functional tool incorporating a bi-facial blade and a denticulate which has later been utilised as a burin. The flint is a rich golden tan colour and is semi-translucent. It is sub-traiangular in plan and trapezoidal in section. The left edge has semi-abrupt retouch from both faces to firm the cutting edge.
