A polished flint Duggleby Adze of Neolithic date. The object has convex cutting edge and a rounded narrower end. Both ends of the adze have been made into a blade edge. The sides taper inwards from the narrowed end before flaring outwards again towards the wider cutting edge forming slightly concave or 'waisted' sides. The adez has been made from an orangey-brown (almost toffee) flint which has been polished all over to give it the smooth surface. A complete late Neolithic (2500-2100) 'British Oblique' flint arrowhead, with the 'tail' extended to form a long tang. The flint is light brownish grey in colour with white to one side of the dorsal (upper) face. The dorsal face has been extensively worked. The ventral (lower) face is smooth with visible ripples. Retouching is visible along all the edges. The tip of the arrowhead is complete. The top of the 'tail' or tang measures 16.60 x 7.28mm.

A flint core dating to the Prehistoric period, (8300-800BC). The object is sub-rectangular in plan and sub-triangular in cross-section. On the dorsal face three parallel blades have been removed. A large bulb of percussion on the ventral face indicates that the object was struck with a hard hammer. At the proximal end the striking platform measures 18.22mm in width and is 6.33mm thick.
