A flint thumb nail scraper of probable Late Neolithic to Early Bronze Age date (2400 BC - 2200 BC). The opaque dark grey flint is a tertiary flake and is not patiated. It is sub-semi-circular in plan and triangular in cross-section. There is short, scaled, semi-abrupt retouch on the curved distal end and sides, with scaled removals on the dorsal face. The scraper is 30.3mm long, 24.1mm wide and 11.9mm thick. 6.86g.
