Eight lithic implements
1) Blade length 52mm, width 18mm, thickness 8mm. One arise running down the centre of the dorsal, soft hammered bulb of percussion on the ventral. This artefact has been damaged by post-depositional activity. Creamy patina with grey patches, this artefact dates to the Early Mesolithic.
2) Truncated blade length 34mm, width 20mm, thickness 5mm. Two arises on the dorsal, the bulb is missing from the ventral, this is the distal end of the blade. Light creamy-brown patina with large grey patches. This artefact dates to the Mesolithic.

Nine scrapers
1) End scraper length 33mm, width 20mm, thickness 7mm. One arise on the dorsal, soft hammered bulb on the ventral 70% cortex on the right side of the dorsal. The forward edge has direct, abrupt, flaking scars that results in a convex terminal, grey flint with a patina forming, this artefact dates to the Late Mesolithic.
2) Side and end scraper length 30mm, width 25mm, thickness 10mm. The left and forward edges have semi-abrupt, scaled, direct flaking scars. Light grey patina, the retouch has removed the original patina exposing mid-grey flint, this artefact dates…

1) Two bladelets average size length 20mm, width 10mm, thickness 4mm. Both have one arise on the dorsal and a small bulb on the ventral, both are truncated with the distal end missing. Both have creamy patina and date to the Late Mesolithic.
2) Miscellaneous retouch on a flake length 27mm, width 21mm, thickness 7mm. The distal has been truncated, short, inverse low angled retouch on the butt. Edge-gloss on the left blade, this may be a silica gloss which was deposited on the blade from the cutting of fresh plants. Grey flint with a patina at one end, this artefact possibly dat…

Two Mesolithic (c.8300-3500 BC) flint implements. The larger flake, on the right in the photograph, is the retouched tip of a blade implement that has been broken at some point in the past. The flint measures 20.28mm in length, 16.97mm in width, is 3.51mm thick and weighs 1.56g.
The smaller flake, on the left in the photograph, is a 'piercer'. There is evidence of retouching along the edges. It has been formed from a flake that was primarily a bladelet blank. The flint measures 15.71mm in length, is 13.66mm wide, has a thickness of 2.8mm and weighs 0.71g.

A re-touched flint flake tool of probable late Mesolithic to early Neolithic date.
The tool, which has been made from a broad flake, is sub-triangular in form. The upper surface has two broad flake removal scars, whilst the underside shows rippling from the initial strike. Re-touching has occurred around two of the three edges, with the removal of a single row of mostly very small chippings; the remaining side retains its original cortex. The flint is a lightly patinated mottled greyish brown.
The implement measures 29.6mm long, 28.9mm wide and 5.5mm thick. The weight is 4.91g.
