An incomplete barbed and tanged flint arrowhead of Early Bronze Age date (2150 BC-1500 BC). The tip of the tang, one barb and the point are missing due to breaks. These breaks appear to be old. It has removals along the edge of one side only and the whole object is off-white patinated. 25.7 x 25.0 x 4.1mm; Weight: 2.98g. Its shape, in plan, does not precisely fall into one of Green's categories for arrowheads. See Butler 2005: 162-165.

An unpatinated oval scraper struck from brown flint. It is oval shaped in form with prominent bulb of percussion on the ventral face, cortex on the striking platform and with steep edge retouch. The scraper measures 25.45mm in length, 25.55mm in width, 6.13mm in thickness, and weighs 4.21g. It is of later Neolithic to Early Bronze Age date.

Two late Neolithic / Bronze Age flints. 1: Scraper, crude in manufacture with some limited but concentrated retouch on the dorsal surface at the distal end. The scraper measures 22.97mm long, 30.15mm wide and is 8.17mm thick. It weighs 4.9gms. 2: Blade fragment, some previous surface removals evident but no retouching. The blade is broken, probably broken during manufacture. Undiagnostic later prehistoric. The blade fragment measures 40.16mm long, 20.20mm wide and is 7.44mm thick. It weighs 6.4gms.

The ventral side of the object is smooth while the dorsal side has several ridges and facets. There is a small amount of retouch on the edges. The object is quite worn and has a mottled toffee brown and light yellow patina. The implement is likely to have been used as a crude knife.

The object could date to the Mesolithic however the context of the other flints in the assemblage suggests that it is Bronze Age.
