Incomplete flint scraper dating from Late Neolithic to Bronze Age. In plan the scraper is largely rectangular save for one rounded edge which is found on the left when facing the ventral side. The opposite edge is predominantly straight. In section, the tool curves slightly towards the dorsal face, and narrows in thickness towards the distal end. The thickest point is at the bulb of percussion. The scraper is a white/light grey patina and warm in tone, with no cortex visible. A flint thumbnail scraper dating from the late neolithic period to the early bronze age. The shape is largely circular in plan and in section protrudes to a point on the dorsal face. The body of the scraper is largely a light grey colour, with a gradation to dark grey to the left of the ventral face (and right of the dorsal), distal end up. Very little cortex remains and is mostly found on the mesal. The dorsal face shoes long, scaled, semi-abrupt retouching. The ventral side features long ripple marks across its length which emanate from the bulb of percussion.

A late neolithic to early bronze age flint thumbnail scraper. The shape is largely oval, and in section it protrudes toward the distal end. A small area of cortex is present on the dorsal face and the body is largely grey/warm brown, with an area of white on the ventral face. On the dorsal surface, there is short retouching visible on the outer rind, which in some areas appears parallel, and in other semi-parallel. The angle of retouch is semi-abrupt. The bulb of percussion is visible on the ventral face but appears quite subtle.

A complete thumbnail scraper of Late Neolithic to Early Bronze Age dating (2700 BC to 1600 BC). The scraper has been made from a dark brown flint. No cortex is present. The scraper is sub circular in shape, with a triangular cross section. The dorsal (upper) surface exhibits controlled working, with minimal retouch (long, scaled, abrupt) along the working edge. The ventral (lower) surface exhibits a bulb of percussion and conchoidal ripples. It measures 15.0 mm in length, 19.0 mm wide and 5.4 mm thick. It weighs 1.6 g.

The other face has semi-abrupt retouch covering the semi-circular distal end, between the cortex at one side, and the break at the other side. The scraper is likely to be prehistoric, probably dating from the mesolithic period (c. 8,300 BC to c. 4,500 BC).

Neolithic (Early) to Neolithic (Late) disc scraper, 33mm long, 33mm wide, 5mm thick and 9.3g in weight. Made on a rounded flake that has been worked centripetally into a disc by the application of semi-abrupt and in some parts abrupt retouch. The flint is opaque and has turned light grey through the process of patination. The butt is large and therefore the piece has been hard hammer struck. The left side has been notched, and the dorsal face possesses two parallel ridges created by unidirectional removals.

A prehistoric worked flint scraper of probable Neolithic date. The tool is clearly broken although the fairly uniform patina at the break may suggest this is an ancient rather than recent break. The dorsal face of the flint has had extensive invasive retouch applied. There is an area of cortex in the centre of the dorsal face. The reverse has clear ripples formed by the percussive blow used to strike the flint from the core. The flint is a dark grey colour with an area of pale cream/pale grey cortex on the dorsal face.
