A flint scraper probably dating to the Neolithic period, (3500-2100BC). The object is sub-oval in plan and D-shaped in cross-section. Five flakes have been removed from the dorsal (upper) face and the edges of the scraper has been retouched. Several areas of ripples can be seen on the ventral (lower) face where flakes have been removed. The implement is made from a translucent brown flint with some white cortex remaining at one edge.

Struck flake, dark grey flint with semi-abrupt scale retouch on left straight edge (thickness of retouch edge 4mm) and small amount of acute retouch on right edge towards distal end. Striking platform shows signs of preparation. L=44mm, W=27mm, T=10mm. 2. Struck flake in slightly mottled grey flint. Plain striking platform, no signs of retouch. L=24mm, W=22mm, T=10mm
