A complete flint retouched flake of Palaeolithic date. The flake has been made from a yellowy-beige flint using hard hammer percussion. The bulb and platform are visible along with some soft-hammer retouching along the left lateral edge. This piece is hard to date as its execution is generally undiagnostic, however it is potentially Palaeolithic (c. 450,000-10,000 BC).

A neoltihic notched flake. The artefact is a tertiary flake made of black flint with occasional white inclusions and appears to have a semi glossy patina. The flake is trapezoidal in plan being wider at its distal end than its proximal end.  The dorsal surface has a notch taken from its right hand side which may show some retoutch. The ventral surface lack retoutch but has a medium bulb of percussion and an eraillure scar are visible, as are some medium conchoidal ripples close to the distal end. The striking platform also survives. The flint is 26.7mm long, 25.5mm wid…

A complete flint retouched flake of Mesolithic to Neolithic date (10,000 - 2,400 BC). The flake has been made from a secondary mottled dark grey flint using hard hammer percussion. The bulb and platform are absent. There are three previous thin bladelet removals on the dorsal surface, and right lateral edge shows some soft-hammer retouching. There is also modern damage evident and the patina suggests the flake has been on the surface and exposed to the elements for some time.
