Complete barbed and tanged arrow head of early Bronze Age date c.2200-1800 BC. The arrow head is of a light grey opaic flint of unpatinated dark grey flint with paler inclusions. It is ogival in plan and the face is covered by hammer struck retouch marks. The left-hand tang (when viewed from the dorsal face, point up) has been broken and reworked resulting in a minor discrepancy between barb lengths, or it is just difficulty with working a rather thick part of the initial flake blank. The point also appears to have been broken with no reworking.
