Translucent, dark grey colour. A tertiary flake, butt on left edge. Above the butt has been retouched (abrupt, stepped) to the tip. The base has some low-angle, parallel retouch becoming abrupt as it continues onto the right edge, shaping the piece.

Neolithic flint tanged arrowhead.
Very light cream opaque patina. A secondary flake, snapped twice to create the tip and the right side of piece. Light grey patination on the snap so likely to be a Mesolithic flake re-used in the later Neolithic. Notched for hafting on left ventral face. Serrated edge formed in the Mesolithic and probably why this piece was targetted, as it makes for a decent projectile.
