Complete flint leaf arrowhead dating from the Early Neolithic to the Early Bronze Age (c. 4000 - 1600 BC). The arrowhead is pear-shaped, with covering, scaled, low-angle retouch on both faces. The flint is patinated with dark brown patches and light grey speckles on a mid-grey surface. The arrowhead is 29.36mm in length, 20.80mm at maximum width and 4.26mm in thickness. It weighs 2.25g. There are many similar examples on the database, including: NLM-6AAAD5, YORYM-8CFE1Fand BH-82314E.

A complete knapped lithic implement of Mesolithic date, c.7000 - 4000 BC. The lithic is a flint microlith formed of a tertiary flake which is sub-rectangular in plan and triangular in section. The ventral surface is smooth and flat. The dorsal surface has a prominent ridge and displays short, parallel, semi-abrupt retouch on the right edge. The flint is light whitish-grey in colour. The implement is 20.5mm long, 6.1mm wide, 2.8mm thick and weighs 0.3g. Microliths are small objects which would have been set into wooden or bone handles to make composite tools such as spears and arrows.

The flintlock was introduced in the middle of the 16th century but it wasn't until the reign of William III that the flintlock became the main regulation firearm for the British Army. A complete flint abruptly blunted blade of Neolithic date (4000-2350 BC). The lithic is sub-rectangular in profile and concavo-convex in section. The dorsal surface contains three predominant negative scars with corresponding negative scars. Both the proximal and distal ends have been abruptly blunted and the left and right hand edges contain semi-abrupt retouch. A complete flint blade/knife of Neolithic date (4000-2350 BC). The lithic is sub-rectangular in profile and concave-convex in section. The dorsal surface contains four predominant negative scars with corresponding arrises. The proximal end had been abruptly blunted, all other edges contain rough, semi-abrupt retouch. The ventral surface contains distinct ripples of percussion emanating from the distal end. The lithic retains no cortex and it therefore a tertiary flake. The flint is mid grey in colour with cream and dark grey in colour.

A flint end scraper of probable Neolithic date, about 4000 - 2200 BC. It is formed on translucent light tan flint with patina developing at the proximal end. It is sub-rectangular with a rounded proximal end and a double dorsal ridge. The corners of the distal end are snapped off. The scraper has short, sub-parallel, semi-abrupt retouch on the surviving part of the distal end (the centre), from the dorsal face. A flint Late Neolithic oblique arroowhead dating from about 3300 BC - 2200 BC. It is formed on translucent light grey flint with onyl a few speckles of patination. It is sub-triangular and curved with two concave sides and one convex. The longer concave side is a vertical brek, but the other two edges are retouched on both sides, leaving them pointed in section. The arrowhead has invasive, scaled, low angle retouch on both faces, but it is not entirely covering. It is 23.1mm long, 17.3mm wide and 2.7mm thick. 1.13g.
