An incomplete worked flint barbed and tanged arrowhead of Bronze Age date (c.1500-1100 BC). The object is triangular in plan with two notches in the base between the central tang and a barb to either side. One of these barbs is almost completely missing and the other is broken across the end. It is formed from a tertiary flake of translucent grey-brown flint which is bifacially worked with covering, scaled, low angle removals.  Measurements: Length: 21.6mm; Width: 17.8mm; Thickness: 3.1mm; Weight: 0.95g.

A flint 'Thames pick' of Mesolithic date, 154.5mm in length, struck from a long flint pebble or nodule of dark grey flint. The proximal end / butt end of the tool retains its light brown cortex and the cross section of the tool appears to follow the original sub rounded profile of the nodule, with only the front portion being worked with hard hammered removals. The cutting edge is wedge shaped and appears to have some use-related damage; originally the tip may have been shaped with one or more tranchet removals but these are no longer particularly clear.

Pale grey-buff flint with cortex spot, debitage. Two small struck chips [length 23.4mm and 19.5mm]. The longer sub-triangular flake bears invasive angled scalar retouch executed from the dorsal aspect and has a rippled ventral surface. The other was perhaps detached by working similar material and has a concave dorsal surface and a tiny bulb behind a projecting nib. Suggested date: Neolithic, 4000-2350 BC Combined Weight: 4.59gms

Flint possible scraper. A small thick sub-rectangular chunk with narrow flakes removed from its rounded dorsal surface and with a concave hollow on its ventral surface which would serve as a thumb rest; one side is flat. Short abrupt retouch executed from the dorsal aspect follows one short straight edge, here taken to have been the working edge. A creamy patina across all struck surfaces suggests the object has subsequently endured a period of exposure to a calcareous environment.
