Lithic, waste flint flake of uncertain date (probably late Neolithic to Early Bronze Age: 2500-1500 BC).

The flint is of poor quality for knapping due to large irregular inclusions.

On the reverse is a bulb-of-percussion. The flint is a heavily patinated blueish-white colour.
The object measures 22.3mm long, 9.4mm wide and 2.9mm thick. The weight is 0.6g.

The bulb of percussion appears to have been removed by shattering of the flint during retouching. There is a small amount of scale retouch half way along the left hand edge of the ventral face and towards the proximal end of the right hand edge; the ventral face is otherwise unworked.
