Incomplete barbed and tanged arrowhead, of slightly brown patinated mottled grey flint, both faces are extensively pressure flaked with the flake terminations passing over each other at the centre, no sign of the original surface of the flake blank that was used to make this. The tang has survived, though both barbes are missing, one side has been snapped along the axis of the length, taking the barb with it, both the breaks appear to be transverse bending fractures and not impact damage, they are probably post depositional from having heavy agricultural machinery driven over the top. …

A flint retouched flake of unknown date, Mesolithic to Iron Age, 9000 BC - 1 BC. It is formed on a secondary flake of golden flint, with cortex on the left side of the dorsal face. There is a double arris on the dorsal face. The distal end is pointed, and the proximal end is wide. The distal left side has short, abrupt scaled retouch. There is also very fine retouch or edge damage on the proximal end of the right side. The left side of the distal end has a concave area of short abrupt sub-parallel retouch. Other larger removals from the distal end may be accidental. There is cortex on one edge. The pointed end has some flaked removals leading away form the working point, perhaps to form a crude burin. It is 42mm long, 23.3mm wide nad 8.3mm thick. 7.7g.
