The dorsal face has invasive semi-steep scaled retouch on the distal end and also some of the lower left edge. The retouch exposes the lighter grey flint underneath the patina, which suggests that it was done at a later date to when the flake was stuck. Arrowhead. Blade, tang and one barb of a barbed and tanged arrowhead. A thin flat flake, finely pressure-flaked on both sides, and fashioned with a V-shaped notch between the remaining barb and tang, and almost certainly originally the same on the opposite side. The missing barb appears to have been recently broken off, but the tip of the arrowhead was probably lost in antiquity. Suggested date: Early Bronze Age, -2150 to -1500(BC).

Thumbnail or end-scraper fragment. A single flake with cortex surviving on dorsal surface and retaining part of the striking platform, with pressure-flake retouch working from dorsal/cortex side around part of the surviving circumference. Broken, with loss of between one half and one third of the object. Length: 28.96mm, Width: 18.65mm, Thickness: 11.36mm. Weight: 6.63gms.

Debitage. Tiny flake, with flake removal scars on one side, and bulb of percussion on the other, suggesting this to have been removed in the course of manufacturing a flint tool.
The flint is of good quality. Suggested date: Neolithic to Bronze Age, 3500-800 BC.
