The dorsal face has a patch of cortex in the centre and has steep haphazard retouch all the way around. The ventral face is plain with some damage at the proximal end. A complete Mesolithic to Neolithic Flint Core. The multi-platform core has at least two platforms at right angles and belongs to Clarke’s B3 classification. The flint is of a translucent brown colour and is covered with about twenty percent cortex on one face. The core has about seven flake scars of varying sizes. The length is 41.8mm, the width is 38.3mm, the thickness is 17.9mm and the weight is 27.54g.
