Mottled grey flint with cortex and with misty patina on one side, core fragment. Flint with broad parallel flakes removed from its dorsal side and with a prominent bulb on the ventral. The ventral surface is lightly patinated whereas the others are not, suggesting this flake was exposed for a period before being reworked. Further parallel flakes are trimmed from a surface meeting that struck dorsal surface described above, which was the striking platform used for that episode. Suggested date: Neolithic, 4000-2350 BC. Grey flint with patches of cloudy patina on one side core fragment. One side of a core with bipolar flake removal scars bearing light patina, and with flat surfaces apt to serve as the striking platform for both.
