Cream coloured flint barbed and tanged arrowhead. A lentoid section arrowhead bearing covering angled scalar retouch across both sides, with one of its barbs lost to an ancient break. This large heavy example was probably designed as a hunting arrowhead whose broad cutting edge would maximise tissue damage and blood loss to the quarry, both slowing it and enabling it to be trailed by hounds.
