Flint, white patina overall Arrowhead. Leaf-shaped arrowhead fragment; probably a little over half remains, from the tip of the arrowhead. A thin flake of plano-convex section, with fine pressure-flaking scars on one flat face. White patina extends over all faces including a fracture surface, indicating the object was broken in antiquity. Suggested date: Early Neolithic, -3500 to -2100. Pale grey Flint Arrowhead. Blade, tang and one barb of a barbed and tanged arrowhead. A thin flat flake, finely pressure-flaked on both sides, and fashioned with a V-shaped notch between the remaining barb and tang, and almost certainly originally the same on the opposite side. The missing barb appears to have been recently broken off, but the tip of the arrowhead was probably lost in antiquity. Suggested date: Early Bronze Age, -2150 to -1500(BC). High quality mottled grey-brown semi-translucent flint Blade (identified by finder). A flint knife made from a long slender blade flake, approaching plano-convex form. Two long flakes have been removed to form the convex side and both ends have been retouched by pressure flaking. Nicks along the longer edges probably arise from post-depositional damage. Hammer and pressure flaking from the concave face then made a durable semi-circular working surface along the outer edge.
