Short abrupt retouch executed from the dorsal aspect follows one end edge; an adjacent long curving edge is so finely serrated or chipped that this is discernible only by touch. Unlike accompanying flints, this object does not bear surface patina. Suggested date: Early Bronze Age, 2350-1600 BC Length: 14.1mm, Width: 11.3mm, Thickness: 3.1mm, Weight: 0.59gms

Flint possible debitage. A small flake with broad parallel flakes struck from its dorsal side and with a flat ventral surface. Dense creamy patina and light orange staining may suggest the object has endured prolonged exposure to a calcareous environment, possibly followed by its incorporation into gravels. Suggested date: Neolithic, 4000-2350 BC Length: 24.5mm, Width: 15.2mm, Thickness: 4.4mm, Weight: 1.81gms

Flint possible scraper. A flake with broad and narrow parallel flakes struck from its dorsal side, a positive hinge fracture at its narrower end, and with a slightly concave ventral surface. Short abrupt retouch executed from the dorsal aspect follows one end edge. Subsequently chipped around its edges. Dense creamy patina and light orange staining may suggest the object has endured prolonged exposure to a calcareous environment, possibly followed by its incorporation into gravels. Suggested date: Neolithic, 4000-2350 BC Length: 38.4mm, Width: 28.1mm, Thickness: 5.8mm, Weight: 9.16gms

Flint core. A sub-triangular section chunk with broad flakes detached from two adjacent sides and with long narrow parallel flakes removed from the third, probably by bipolar working. A dense creamy patina may suggest the object has subsequently endured prolonged exposure to a calcareous environment. Grey flint, appearing brown under transmitted light, debitage. A tiny lightly concavo-convex flake, possibly detached by a natural pot lid fracture; with broad and narrow flakes struck from its dorsal side and with a bulbar ventral surface. Short abrupt retouch follows one curved edge. Possibly subsequently chipped. Unlike accompanying material from the immediate vicinity, this object does not bear a surface patina. Suggested date: Early Bronze Age, 2350-1600 BC Length: 18mm, Width: 15.3mm, Thickness: 4.9mm, Weight: 1.71gms

Flint scraper. A small irregular flake with broad and narrow parallel flakes struck from its dorsal side, and with a bulbar ventral surface. Short abrupt retouch executed from the ventral aspect forms a curving lightly hollowed edge on one side, with similar treatment of a shorter adjacent side. A dense creamy patina suggest the object has subsequently endured prolonged exposure to a calcareous environment, while light orange spotting may hint at its subsequent incorporation into gravels. Suggested date: Neolithic, 4000-2350 BC Length: 26.9mm, Width: 24.5mm, Thickness: 7mm, Weight:…
